We use video surveillance on the premises of our campsite.
Video surveillance serves to protect guests, employees, and property, as well as to prevent and investigate theft, vandalism, and other criminal acts.
Processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
Video recordings are generally deleted automatically after 72 hours, unless a security-relevant incident has occurred. In the event of an incident, relevant recordings are stored until the matter is final resolved.
Recordings are not passed on to third parties. Disclosure to law enforcement authorities only takes place within the legally prescribed framework.
Monitored areas are identified by clearly visible signs.
The provision of technical data is necessary for the operation of the website. Without this data, the website cannot be accessed.
